Aquarius In Marriage

Aquarius and wife are two words that don’t often go together, at least not permanently. Aquarians are intellectual, ambitious, soulful people, with a penchant for exploration and inquisitive thinking. The matters of love and romance will seldom catch their attention, and if they do, it won’t be for long.

The Aquarian woman is a deeply thoughtful and sensitive creature, with a surprisingly strong sense of passion. But she doesn’t direct those qualities towards her love life, at least not often. To her, love is one of the many myriad of things that life has to offer, and she will give it its due, but you can’t expect her to keep at it forever. After all, she only has one lifetime, and there are so many subjects to explore!

If you’ve known her for even just a few months, then you’ve no doubt already noticed a dozen or more new interests she’s discovered. It might be ballet one month, followed by power yoga, then martial arts, followed by a course in criminology, and then a month of learning to play the violin. It never ends with the Aquarian woman. She dreams in a different way to you and I, and she "MARCHES TO THE BEAT OF HER OWN DRUMMER". If you are married to one, then pat yourself on the back, because you must have done something right.

Aquarian women are not likely to walk down the aisle out of fear that marriage might mean a life in a cage. To her, nothing is more important than her freedom. So a husband she chooses must be open-minded enough to let her roam the world, explore her many interests, and trust that she will return to him faithfully every night.

Aquarian women won’t be caught cheating, especially if they are happy and free in their marriage. Even if they’re unhappy or feeling suffocated, their strong sense of morality will urge them to end the relationship before pursuing other men. She has a strict moral and ethical code and even though she’ll respect your opinions and virtues, she’ll expect you to be fair-minded. She won’t stand for any form of prejudice or insolence. She’s a humanitarian at heart, has a heart that is open to anyone and anything, and nothing angers her more than close-mindedness.

As a wife, she’s unlikely to spend too much time at home. She also won’t be found sitting at home for too long. Most Aquarian women have one or more busy careers on the go, but they most likely won’t be in a corporate world. And even if she’s jobless, she’ll have fund-raising events, be involved in charity work, humanitarian causes or some medical research project. The point is, she is always busy and always on the go. She might be into cooking, but don’t expect that fad to last forever. She’ll lose interest before long and you’ll be back on supper-duty. She might be a stickler for cleanliness, but even the tidiest Aquarian woman will sweep crumbs under the sink, stuff the junk behind a closet door, and forget to dust. She just has too much on her mind to waste time with idle housework.

Motherhood will invariably confuse her, and Aquarian women generally aren’t natural mothers. But her strong sense of compassion and sensitivity will enable her to learn how to deal with her children, though there will probably always be a sense of friction between mother and child.

She has her own unique brand of fashion, as does any Aquarian woman, and it won’t be anything out of magazine, that’s for sure. She’ll wear outfits that confuse you and draw unflattering attention to herself, but she won’t mind. She loves to experiment and doesn’t see the point in looking the same as everyone else.

She loves to travel and will gladly join you on any trip you so choose. She’s an adventurer, a nomad, a thinker and a free spirit. But she’s also a learner and she can train herself to be anything she chooses—even a wife to you.
